PAC Delivery: is cheaper and a slightly longer term.
SEDEX delivery: has a higher price and a shorter delivery time.
Delivery VIA CARRIER: has a higher price and a longer delivery time.
Deliveries with payment by Credit Card
If you paid for your order by credit card, we start preparing the shipment from the moment we have the release and confirmation of payment by the administrator. This period may extend to the next business day.
Times for deliveries
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by the Post Office, from 8 am to 6 pm (Exceptionally in some cases deliveries can take place on Saturday).
The value is calculated according to the recipient’s zip code + weight + volume (size of packaging) of the product and the delivery methods mentioned above. Shipping is informed when you select a product and add it to cart, entering the desired zip code. Shipping is charged and included at checkout, so you won’t pay for anything upon receipt of your order.
What if it goes astray?
You can track the status of your order in the store under the “My Orders” link “. You can also track it on the Correios website, including the tracking code that was sent to your email.
If you do not receive your order within the stipulated time, you must inform within 7 days of non-receipt of the goods. In this case, if the loss is confirmed by the Post Office, Estrella Mobil is responsible for the reshipment.
Understand our Delivery Times
Delivery time starts from the moment payment is received. confirmed, not when the order is placed.
Let’s say your order was confirmed on day 2, then it starts counting our delivery time of up to 2 business days until the order is released for shipment. (Saturday and Sunday are not working days.).
We have this deadline for your order to be sent correctly and without problems. It’s a security measure of ours, but that doesn’t prevent your order from being shipped sooner.
After your order is released, it is collected by the Post Office on the same day or the next day, and then the post office delivery time begins to count.
The tracking code will be sent to your email on the next business day so that you can follow the status of your order, and we ship upon availability by the Post Office in our system.
